To this end, and if you have any other questions about personal data, you can contact us at any time.
14.2. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to demand restriction of processing of your personal data. To this end, you can contact us at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
· If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we generally need time to check this. For the duration of this check, you have the right to demand restriction of processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of a natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

15. Overview of the services integrated on the website
The following is a list of all services integrated on the website. Which services are actually used for you depends on your individually made cookie settings.
15.1. Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files, which are stored on your computer and which enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information about your use of this website generated by the cookie is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behavior in order to optimize their web offer and their advertising.
IP anonymization
We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. Therefore, within the member states of the European Union and in other contracting states of the European Economic Area Agreement, your IP address is shortened by Google before it is transferred to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activities and to provide the website operator with other services related to the website use and internet use. The IP address transferred by your browser for Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
Browser plug-in
You can prevent the storage of cookies by making a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, you should note that in this case it is possible that you will not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent the transfer of the data generated by the cooking and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Objection to data recording
You can prevent the recording of your data by Google Analytics by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie is set, which prevents the recording of your data during future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics.
More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
Outsourced data processing
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities for the use of Google Analytics.
Demographics in Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographics” function of Google Analytics. Reports can therefore be created, which contain statements on the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. These data are taken from interest-related advertising of Google and from visitor data of third-party providers. These data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can disable this function at any time via the display settings in your Google account or prohibit the recording of your data by Google Analytics in general as described the “Objection to data recording” section.
15.2. Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in conjunction with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
This function enables the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing to be linked with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages, which have been adapted to you depending on your previous use and surfing behavior on a terminal device (for example, cellphone) can also be displayed on another of your terminal devices (for example, tablet or PC).
If you have issued a corresponding consent, to this end, Google links your web and app browser history to your Google account. In this way, the same personalized advertising messages can be displayed on each terminal device on which you log into your Google account.
To support this function, Google Analytics records Google-authenticated IDs of the user, which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create target groups for the cross-device advertising.
You can permanently object to the cross-device remarketing/targeting by disabling personalized advertising in your Google account; to do so, follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The collation of the recorded data in your Google account takes place solely on the basis of your consent, which you can issue or withdraw for Google at any time (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). In the case of data recording operations that are not merged in your Google account (for example, because you do not have a Google account or have objected to the merging), the recording of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest results from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymized analysis of the website visitors for advertising purposes.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
15.3. Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
As part of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click an advert displayed by Google a cookie is set for the conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files, which the internet browser stores on the computer of the user. These cookies become invalid after 30 days and are not used for personal identification of the users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user has clicked and advert and has been forwarded to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected with the help of the conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers are informed of the total number of users who have clicked their advert and who were forwarded to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which the user can be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by easily disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie in the user settings of your internet browser. You are then not included in the conversion tracking statistics.
“Conversion cookies” are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behavior in order to optimize their web offer and their advertising.
More information on Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in an individual case, the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or exclude them in general and activate automatic deletion of the cookies on closing the browser. Disabling cookies can limit the functions of this website.
15.4. Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (referred to as “reCAPTCHA” in the following) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our websites (for example, in a contact form) is input by a human or by an automated program. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor using various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (for example, IP address, dwell time of the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data recorded during the analysis are transferred to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. It is not pointed out to website visitors that an analysis takes place.
The data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest is protecting their web offers against automated resource abuse and against SPAM.
Further information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy can be found under the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.
15.5. Google Signals
Based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer as defined in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR), we use the web analysis service Google Signals. Google uses Signals to provide reports about cross-device user numbers and on different groups of users, which are based on different device combinations used. To do so, Google uses the data of the users who have activated the “personalized advertising” option in their Google account settings. Google Signals is only used with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of users within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area is shortened. This shortening removes the personal reference of your IP address. Thus, conclusions cannot be drawn regarding the identity of an individual user. The recording by Google Signals can be objected to at any time by the site visitor disabling “personalized advertising” in their Google account: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de
Additional information about how Google handles your personal data in its advertising network can be found here: Advertising and privacy policy.
15.6. Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the visitor action pixel of Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) for conversion measurement.
This means that the behavior of the site visitors can be tracked after they have been forwarded to the website of the provider by clicking on a Facebook advert. In this way, the effectiveness of the Facebook adverts can be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures can be optimized.
The data collected are anonymous to us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data are stored and processed by Facebook so that a link to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes according to the Facebook Privacy Policy. In this way, Facebook can enable the display of adverts on Facebook pages and outside of Facebook. This use of data cannot be influenced by us as a site operator.
Further information on the protection of your personal privacy can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also disable the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function in the Settings for Advertising area at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. To do so, you must be logged in on Facebook.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can disable use-based advertising of Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
15.7. LinkedIn Insight Tag
Our website uses the “LinkedIn Insight Tag” conversion took of the LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. Further information on the privacy policy of LinkedIn Ireland can be found at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
This analysis tool enables the recording of data on visits to our website such as IP address, device and browser properties and page events (for example, page views).
