Accurate dosing is particularly important in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food sector. Comprehensible process conditions are a prerequisite for the safe conveyance of sensitive media. This is ensured by a control accuracy of ±0.5% and precise speed adjustment (5 — 120 rpm).

In addition, an optional foot switch allows the pump to be operated in closed exhaust hoods. The parameters - speed, direction of rotation and on/off function - can be controlled externally either through the analog or digital interface.

In this model, you can choose between a single-channel or multichannel pump head. Flow rates vary depending on the pump head: the single-channel head has a flow rate of 0.38 — 813 ml/min; for the multi-channel head 0.005 — 364 ml/min. Depending on the focus of the process, the following parameters can be set on the device: Speed, tubing diameter, flow rate display, metering volume, interval dosing and break times. The pump can be calibrated for optimum dosing results.

The integrated RS232 interface allows seamless integration in a laboratory software and in automated process solutions. Remote control and data logging are therefore easy and fast to realize.

Dosing functions

After calibration, the smallest volumes can also be dosed precisely. The additional settable pause intervals make filling applications a breeze.

Retraction function

Thanks to the retraction, trailing tubes will be a thing of the past. By shortly rewinding the pump drive after the pumping process, you will avoid a drop formation at the end of the tube. The accuracy of dosing applications is again improved quite considerably.
