자력 교반기 Hei-PLATE Mix 'n' Heat Expert는 직관적인 조작으로 확신을 줍니다. 주요 기능(교반 및 가열)당 각각 하나의 디스플레이 덕분에 언제든지 모든 값과 설정을 쉽게 읽을 수 있습니다. 조작은 활성 기능을 쉽게 식별할 수 있도록 LED 링이 있는 두 개의 밀고 회전하는 컨트롤을 통해 이루어집니다. 가열 및 교반 기능을 위한 별도의 타이머는 유연성을 제공하고 실험을 더 잘 제어할 수 있도록 합니다. 사용자 친화적인 메뉴 탐색을 통해 이 장비를 더욱 쉽게 사용할 수 있습니다.
온도 제어는 세 가지 가열 모드 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 특히 빠른 가열을 위한 FAST, 오버슈트 없이 목표 온도를 정확하게 제어하기 위한 PRECISE 및 PRECISE+. --민감한 샘플을 최적으로 보호하는 방법입니다. 따라서 이 장치는 온도 센서 Pt1000 및 이중 센서 Pt1000과 호환되어 시료와 배스의 액체를 동시에 측정할 수 있습니다.
교반 속도의 경우 3단계 설정(시작 동작)이 있습니다. 또한 자기 교반 막대의 회전 방향을 설정하고 자동 교반 막대 감지기의 이점을 누릴 수 있습니다. 그 결과, 교반하는 동안 불규칙성이 있는 경우에도 언제든지 시료를 최적으로 교반 할 수 있습니다.

Advanced safety features
Settable ∆T between the set and the actual temperature for additional safety during highly exothermic reactions and the unsupervised operation. A unique digital limitation of the heating plate temperature for liquids with a low ignition temperature or materials with low melting points offers additional safety. Moreover, the stir bar detector minimizes the danger of delays in boiling.
Expert: functions
Separate timer functions for heating and stirring allow a reproducible and semi-automatic way of working. Programmable stirring and heating profiles optimize the specific use case and are complemented by the variable start-up behavior and the clockwise/counter-clockwise rotation as movement pattern for poorly soluble substances.
Double sensor Pt1000
Simultaneous monitoring of the temperature in the liquid and the peripherals. This is how even complex control algorithms between both sensors can be realized interdependently when being integrated in process solutions.
