Preparation of liquid toilet cleaner for quality analysis

When developing new recipes of liquid cleaner for hanging in the toilet, tests are carried out on the product to determine its stability. For this quality control, a cleaning agent and a fragrance composition with a thickener are homogenously mixed with a laboratory stirrer. This mixture is then passed on for stability analysis.
The analysis laboratory of a Polish household cleaner manufacturer, General Fresh, mixes sodium lauryl sulfate, a fragrance composition and guar gum with the overhead stirrer Hei-TORQUE Core. During the mixing process, the speed is increased from 500 to 2,000 rpm and the mixture is stirred for 30 minutes.
