All customers of Heidolph Instruments will receive a on-site installation and commissioning of the systems if required. Subsequently, a comprehensive briefing by our experienced technical staff. Thus, our customers are productive from day one and can devote themselves immediately to their work and research.

Service with free quotation
Our competent service team will convince you with worldwide on-site repairs. All eligible repairs will be completed within four working days. Feel free to request a free quotation beforehand.
Free Loan Service
If your product is under warranty, with a valid warranty registration, and a loaner is available, you may be eligible for a complimentary loaner to ensure minimal downtime to minimize research interruptions. Ask if you qualify for free loaner equipment during your repair.
Repair on-site or return
For sensitive systems or high costs for dismantling and transport, our service technicians or partners will come to you and do on-site repairs. If on-site repair isn’t possible or preferred, we’ll handle the return logistics for you.
