Heidolph North America Relocates Operations to Rolling Meadows, Illinois

Rolling Meadows, IL — Heidolph North America is pleased to announce the relocation of its U.S. headquarters and operations to a new facility located at:

Rolling Meadows, IL 60008

The move marks an important step for Heidolph North America as part of the ATS Life Sciences Group. The new location will support continued collaboration within the ATS Life Sciences organization while maintaining the high level of customer support, technical service, and operational excellence that customers have come to expect from Heidolph.

The Rolling Meadows facility will serve as the home for Heidolph North America's warehouse operations, service and technical support activities, and customer support functions.

Customer Service Notice

As part of the relocation process, customers may experience temporary delays in shipping and technical service operations beginning June 29, 2026. Shipments and service requests may be delayed by approximately one to two weeks while inventory, equipment, and operations are transitioned to the new facility.

The Heidolph North America team is working diligently to minimize disruptions and appreciates customers' patience and understanding during this transition.
